Removed giveaway commands, corona command fixed(again)

After months and after going through bad things i finally added database to Berkobot

Fixed corona, all info commands. better help command. still working on music and warn commands

Berkobot will reply faster maybe,some small changes for commands

New commands : lock / unlock

Started to making slash commands

New commands: kangaroo command, Deleted commands: warn, warn reset and warnings commands

Guess what? Slash commands POG, fixed some mod commands and Berkobot finished(for now)

BERKOBOT IS NOW VERIFIED! Deleted all prefix commands, Changed all commands that need message intent, made website https://www.berkobot.cf/

Deleted 2 commands: snipe and robot also Added 3 new commands: translate, invite and antilink and Changed 2 commands: modlog and clear

Changed permission error messages to embed message, Commands can be useable in Text in Voice channel now.

Added 1 command: appinfo

Deleted all prefix commands, they are no longer use.

Added 1 command: embedcreate also Deleted 2 commands: ohno and corona and Changed 1 command: mypermission

Updated Berkobot to be better.

Changed most of the commands to look better

Berkobot turned into information bot now, lol
